Currently, importing save files that have a shorter playtime than the current beta save is not allowed.

Describe the Feature

The "Import Data" function in the beta server should allow importing save with shorter playtime than the current beta save since beta is meant for testing.

This shouldn't affect live since importing is not allowed in the live server.
