BUG : In chat window the sending button dose not have an outline.

Describe the bug
When we open chatbox and type some message to send but the sending button dose not have any outline, it's better to have and outline for better user experience all button's have own outline but this one is not so please add outline in sending button.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to home screen
2. Click on chat box to open chat screen
3. See error in sending button dose not have outline.

Expected behavior
The expected behavior is when we click on tab button in keyboard the sending button have an outline for better user experience.
