Everything from here plus:

  1. Parathread ui issue has been cleaned up.
  2. Elastic scaling MVP is enabled, like in Kusama - multiple assignments don't brick your para: Needs the runtime API bumped as well.
  3. On-demand has a sane base price (DoS not trivially cheap)?
  4. We cancel auctions?
  5. We refund leases? - no we give away free coretime.
  6. We migrate swaps?
  7. Coretime chain can send unpaid XCM to relaychain?
  8. We tested the actual migration including XCM sending + results
  9. We tested start_sales call to end up with the desired result.

  11. Enable swap migrations
