This would list all open PRs. Preferably, the url would be /repos/indirect/patronus rather than the ID

I vote to steal homu's /r and /q to see repos and build queue respectively, with /r/name/repo for detailed view of repo (or queue).

What data should be listed along with the PR number and a link? build status? description summary? Should I just steal homu.io/q/name/repo?
