I am using Pattern Lab Node v5.16.1 on Mac, with Node v12.13.1, using a the Node Edition.

Expected Behavior

Interacting with an annotation should scroll the related one on the pattern info panel into view.

Actual Behavior

Interacting with an annotation doesn't scroll the related one on the pattern info panel into view, but results in nothing at all.

Steps to Reproduce

Open https://patternlab-handlebars-preview.netlify.app/?p=pages-homepage&view=annotations and click on either "1" or "2" in the header section of that page.
