Implements
log10as well aschecked_functions forlnandlog10. To maintain backwards compatibility in regards to "no panics" a featuremaths-nopanichas been introduced. While it's not truly backwards compatible, it does allow for previous behavior to be re-instated. Closes #397.This also introduces a number of constants since a few were required for the
lnalgorithm. Fixes #400.
