Overview

Service Buttons for JIRA and Service Desk is a commercial service offered by Pawel Niewiadomski.

Data Storage and Facilities

Service Buttons hosted service uses Heroku virtual servers for data storage. It is hosted in Heroku data center in Europe. It uses also resources from Amazon AWS located in United States.

Stored data

Service Buttons is processing data stored in JIRA, especially issues, projects and users. The add on stores in its own database just minimal details like information about user that installed the add on and its own configuration. It processes issues but doesn't store them.
