As a customer user I want to create an alert-trigger for bank-account movement

CoS:

Scenario: Add alert-trigger bank-account
    Given: I am a registered user in the system and some movement in my bank account has been charged.
    When: I create an alert-trigger for my bank-account
    Then: the alert-trigger notice me every time some movement is charged to my bank account.
