Geometries don't render in lower section of map

I almost exclusively use pgadmin specifically for the in-app mapping capabilities. However, for the past few versions, (including Version 9), the map has been acting erratically with respect to loading background map tiles as well as whatever geometry my dataset has to show at the time (whether thats polygons, multipolygons, linestrings, multilinestrings...). Specifically, I notice that the bottom third of the map does not render any geometries at all--which makes it super difficult to use.

@adityatoshniwal Is this what you see when you open the link in a web browser (like Chrome or Safari)? How do you normally receive images or videos from users? Without that information, I don't know how to give you access to the video!
