Possible missing info in Preferences

I noted that "permissions" is not described in this doc and in Cordova docs, and I figure it's still valid.

Also, at least prerendered-icon, detect-data-types, exit-on-suspend and disable-push-notifications are not described in referenced Cordova documentation. Still valid?

For disable-push-notifications see disable-push-notifications. I read between the lines that this might actually be fixed (somehow), but I've so far kept the setting.
