Getting same registration id when re-register

Expected Behaviour

Register - Get Registration Id
UnRegister
Re-Register - Get New Registration Id

Actual Behaviour

Register - Get Registration Id
UnRegister
Re-Register - Get Same Registration Id

Code:
push = PushNotification.init({ "android": { "senderID": gcmSenderID } });

I am getting the same Registration Id after the UnRegister. Anybody can help with that?
