Custom http_accept header string

According to https://coveryourtracks.eff.org/ the HTTP_ACCEPT header that EinkBro uses exposes 9.2 bits of identifying information.

For comparison, the duckduckgo and vanadium browsers have the following http_accept header:

text/html, */*; q=0.01 gzip, deflate, br, zstd en-US,en;q=0.9

which is far more generic (better privacy wise):

Bits of identifying information: 3.24
One in x browsers have this value: 9.42

It would be nice if EinkBro had a custom HTTP_ACCEPT string, just like it supports a custom user agent string.
