有些人很害怕失去。

比如害怕失去某个朋友，害怕失去某个对象，害怕失去某个工作等等。

其实害怕失去不如提升自己，因为只有不断提升自己，你才会更多选择权。

不提升自己，就只能困在“害怕失去”的恐惧中。就会变得很有控制欲，变得怨天尤人，觉得人生苦的没法说，下辈子不想做男人。
