Problem

Infrastructure sometimes does not work. We need to find out and react accordingly, even if it is 0300 AM on a Monday night or Saturday afternoon.

Task

Show what infrastructure is critical
Define Availability requirement, like 99% ($) - 99.999% ($$$$$)
Suggest Plan with duty for people needing to be available and actions to take
Present in Architecture roundtable
