(s/defn foo [& {:keys [bar]}])
Bad & binding form: currently only bare symbols and vectors supported

Note that clojure.core/defn was recently enhanced to be able to provide a map in this case.

(defn bar [& {:keys [bar]}])
(bar {:bar true})
