Currently commit messages are hardcoded to be Update <filename> or Delete <filename>. I would ideally prefer if this commit message would either be configurable or at the very least we can add a custom prefix.

For example, if one wants to follow conventional commits, one might want to prefix the commits so they're more like chore: Update tf state or something like that
