Limited Size of parameter monitoring definition report (12,9)

Clause 6.12.3.10j states:

For each valid request to report parameter monitoring definitions, the parameter monitoring subservice shall generate a single parameter monitoring definition report that contains: 1. if changing the maximum transition reporting delay is supported, the current value of that delay; 2. all related parameter monitoring definition notifications.

In most cases, there is a limit on the maximum size of a telemetry report. What happens in the case where the number of parameter monitoring definitions is so large that they do not all fit into one single report?
