When ballot for keys,
We have to see which miner's key the ballot is about

@rstormsf how about to make affected key clickable with the link to the validators dapp:
For example, https://core-validators.poa.network/[miningKey] - which should display validator card with personal info (we need to add such page to Validators Dapp in this case). What do you think?
