I need to write a support policy.

I am thinking of the following policy.

All minor versions are supported, but >= 6.
It supports the latest patch versions.
- If 6.0.1 and 6.0.2 are available, it only supports 6.0.2.
I don't support Rails 5 actively, but patches are welcome.
