compiling failed according to development doc

Complile GalaxyEngine according to https://github.com/ApsaraDB/galaxysql/blob/main/docs/en/quickstart-development.md. got some errors when running cmake and make.

It needs OpenSSL library.
If your system is Debian or ubuntu, the version of OpenSSL should be 1.0.2.

我也遇到相同问题，系统是centos7的 ，已经yum install openssl-devel ，还是这个错误，
之后 安装编译了 extra/openssl-1.1.0l/ 自带的openssl a 安装到 /usr/local/openssl-1.1.0l/， cmake的是 添加 -DWITH_SSL=”/usr/local/openssl-1.1.0l/“ 结果还是一样。郁闷
