北极星控制台, 可观测性, 这个页面中, 默认时间颗粒度为1s, 粒度小, 会极大增加后台Prometheus的压力, 请帮忙优化或者设置更大的时间颗粒度

1s 的粒度做了时间范围限制只能查询到1h，这里看来是可以默认调整为 1m 级别
