Issue when we host pouchdb on some other route other than / #19

I hosted pouch db on /db route using express-pouchdb
Then launching the Fauxton UI results in following errors.

The route should have been /db/_session.

Express can be used to hot patch Fauxton, see a solution here : hot patch
Ugly, but a workaround until this package is updated to fix this issue (this issue is fixed upstream)
