It seems to be deprecated on the new macOS

Yeah, I don't even use a mac anymore. But PR are welcome!

I picked up the project some days ago and I will release 2.0 next time. :) It will run under latest macOS and is Intel/ARM (U2B). Did a lot of changes to the Code too.
