<Name> change in matter-devices.xml causes unwanted changes after zap regen #1478

It seems like a change in <Name> caused unwanted changes in .matter after a zap regen. If we change the name back to the original, it works fine.

I believe this is not expected as the <TypeName> was kept the same between all the commits in: https://github.com/project-chip/connectedhomeip/pull/36458/commits
