ISPSS Federated Identity User Login

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
CyberArk ISPSS instance is federated to Okta and I have not been able to successfully authenticate to obtain a service token to Privilege Cloud.

Describe the solution you'd like
Ability to use my Federated Identity user to authenticate into ISPSS and obtain access token to use agaist Priv Cloud.

Describe alternatives you've considered
CyberArk recommends to use a Service User for API requests but members have requested to see if its possible to get this to work with a federated identity user

Additional context
I was able to successfully get a response from Okta using this:
https://pspas.pspete.dev/commands/New-PASSession (Example 21) but using the BaseURI it is assuming I am using PAM Self-Hosted based off the verbose I was seeing.
