Is Publons still functional in OJS since it was taken over by Web of Science?

Hi @NateWr, the latest release should be compatible with OJS 3.2, see:
https://github.com/publons/ojs_3_plugin/releases/tag/2020.6.5.0

It looks like the plugin gallery has not been updated to reflect this yet though. We'll work on updating that. Thank you.
