Add ensembling best practices

Introduction

We should document our best practices for Ensembling, so we can continue to revise them.

Acceptance criteria

• Includes "Initiative Order" - an order of drivers generated at the start of the ensemble by having everyone type into google "Roll 1d20" and ordering appropriately.
• Include the reasons we ensemble
  • Build up shared understanding of a problem and solution.
  • Low-stress way to collaboratively learn.
  • ??
