I can not get the DOM after a scripting tags

TagFilter might work better. It is both inline 'script' and 'style' tag-aware. TagFilter is part of the Ultimate Web Scraper Toolkit:

Full disclosure: I'm the author of the toolkit. phpQuery and other similar tools haven't seen any updates for several years now.
