Iter 为 Seq 和 List 的界面，后两者都为 Lazy ，一个必然有终结一个必然没有，迭代器则是可以通过 take 把前者转为后者。

设计变更为这样。

这样的意图应该是考虑到不 lazy 的 list 没发实现好吧。。。
