I like to share TS0201_TZ3000_fllyghyj, which is a variant of TS0201 (_TZ3000_xr3htd96, _TZ3000_qsefbina.
It has sensor 8305, BUTTON on C0 and LED on B4. So it works perfectly with firmware ZTS0201Z3000_v0123.bin.
Pin assignment on P2 slightly differs: VCC (Pin 1), GND, SWS, RST, RX, TX
