So, I have a habit of compiling my past talk for future reference on my website. Specifically in here. So I usually find a permalink in form of a Video or Website URL and put it on my website. However, I see that the website is being recreated every year (correct me if I'm wrong). I'm wondering if there's any plan to keep all the past and future conferences in one place for the PyconID? This makes it easy for us speakers to list down our talk.
Solution
Each speaker and talks each year has a dedicated page so we can have a permalink (permanent link)
Don't rewrite the CMS/website each year so the permalink is maintained over the year. For example, I talked at the conference in 2017 and now I couldn't find my talk on the website.
This is just an idea, and I believe the organizer also has more pressing priority, but it would be great if this use case can be accomodated.
