    • AI: Mariatta to create a new proposal for just the MVP
    • AI: the council to discuss async and hopefully come to a decision before next month's meeting
  • [PyCon] an update on how the PSF proposes folks register for the lunch and capacity - Phyllis
    • Move # from GForm to PyCon registration
    • Potentially allow more people to #, have a bigger room, and maybe a longer lunch
    • May lead to the lunch filling up quickly - oh well! ¯\(ツ)
    • Approved! let's do it
  • [PyCon] auction organizers and ticket prices - Phyllis
    • Keep tickets at $35/$50?
    • Cost will be $60/plate including beverage ticket (alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks)
    • Last year was $19,000 for food & beverage
    • at least 300 capacity, ideally 350
    • Olivia looking at the venue soon
    • No decision needed now, just think about ticket #
    • AI: Discuss async'ly before end-of-month, since ticket prices will be published November
  • [PyCon] timeline for travel grants - when do we need to decide how much to give?
    • awards given in feb/march
    • considering when speakers are selected
    • Ideally: Nov/Dec to have the decision made of how much $$ to give for pyladies travel grants
  • Can assume ~$5000 will be used for the PyLadies conference in december
