Due to a bug in Aeppl (aesara-devs/aeppl#115), the changes introduced in #5386 lead to issues when using MvNormal or MvStudentT with random mu inputs

Aeppl latest release 0.0.26 fixed this issue.

We should just upgrade the dependency

Once #5471 goes through, the pymc-example with the LKJCholeskyCov should be fixable.
