python/docs-community#65 added generation for most pages excluding the template pages leaving us with no meta tags for the most important pages!

Hmm, it's debatable, we could argue it's more important to have meta tags on the pages with the most useful information that we want indexing, like standard library modules and so on :)

I would argue its more important for the homepage for when newcomers search for docs. The new description will clear says its the docs and might increase traffic as people may not go to other pages with a clear description.

The autogenearated ones are generally fine

But maybe could use some improvement. For me g4g one seems more beginner friendly
