Hei,

Very good and clean installation instructions for Hardy. Could you add a section for Lucid? It seems to me that more packages can be handled by Lucid's apt-get than was possible on Hardy. For example

Package: python-sqlalchemy

0.5.8-1 (/var/lib/apt/lists/no.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_lucid_universe_binary-i386_Packages)

Did you try installation/dependencies on Lucid?

I am reluctant to use "dpkg -i" and would like to install either from apt-get or source. So it is very nice if python-bufr is the only package I have to build from source.

I'll try to set up a deb-repository using the subversion repository ... seen it done somewhere.

I'll probably get it done within the week.
