Write unit tests for RestSharp interactions #134

Use Moq to write unit tests for RestSharp interactions. These unit tests should not initialize a real RestSharp client. Instead, they should mock RestSharp pieces and make sure calls are successful.

There are multiple RestSharp interactions, so this issue might require multiple pull requests.
