Hi, thanks for providing the scripts.

In many R scripts there are

source ('/scripts/single_cell/de.R')
source('/scripts/single_cell/atac.R')
source('~/scripts/perturbator/de.R')

It seems these functioning Rscripts are not provided in the Repository, Could you offer them?
