Deprecate/Remove support for CAMPRule and CAMP syntaxes #65

This syntax isn't user-friendly, and we now support frontends for TechRule and DesignerRule from ODM through Java frontends. I believe those rely on the s-expression format for CAMPRule and CAMP.

The OCaml parsers for CAMPRule and CAMP are based on the pretty-printing syntax from Coq, which we used originally as scaffolding. Should we remove those?
