After execution, we probably need to save the document (currently coverned by styler.save_after_styling, defaulting to FALSE). Maybe {rstudionapi} can tell us if we are in visual mode or not.

And, as for {rstudioapi} telling us about the mode, there is already a feature request here: rstudio/rstudioapi#266
