Time Picker changes state on device rotation #10

When I perform these sequences of events, the time picker on screen changes state

Sequence 1:

Click on Start Sleep
Pick time
Orientation change (picker disappears)
Orientation change (picker loses user input and returns to its default value)

Sequence 2:

Click on End Sleep
Pick time
Orientation change (picker disappears)
Orientation change (picker loses user input and returns to its default value)
