Currently, the following text is shown when a user submits their information to create an account on Source:

However, I propose a few enhancements:

Note that the email may take up to x amount of time to send to reduce confusion if the email has not been received immediately.
Print out the email that was provided, so that the user knows if it was a typing error or if the email is on its way/something is wrong on the Source end.
