Description

Regarding to #24.

For our initial implementation, we will utilize the default WebTorrent configuration, which relies on public trackers and the Distributed Hash Table (DHT) system linked from magnet URIs. This approach lets us quickly implement a p2p file-sharing system with minimal setup.

We use this ticket to add additional details during implementation.

We also need to implement our tracker, DHT, and magnetlink.
