Long popover menus get cut off in modals #194

To Reproduce

As GameMaster of a game, create 10 classes
As Standard User, create a character
As GameMaster, try giving class-specific XP to your new character
- Make sure you give XP by opening the character in a modal, then selecting "Actions" -> "Give XP"
You should see the cut-off looking something like this:
