Message in missing files file should be configurable #4

When files are missing from a download request, a file is added to the zip file listing them.

There is a message at the top of this file which currently says "The following files were not found:"

This is done at the following location:
https://github.com/ral-facilities/ids.r2dfoo/blob/master/src/main/java/org/icatproject/ids/IdsStreamingOutput.java#L111

It would be better if this message was configurable via a value in the properties file.
