Is it possible to add an Chinese language with international client option in language setting？ #251

I am currently using a localizing mod that changes the international client's display language into Simplified Chinese. However, when I chose the Chinese option in the ACT Plugin, all plugins are not working, and the overlay plugin shows "Info: Version: cn."
Is it possible that adding an option that allows the user to choose the client version in the act plugin could solve this problem?
