鸿蒙环境下不支持base64自定义字体 #20

将一个字体文件转为base64后嵌入到html的style标签中，然后将html放入react-native-webview，在安卓可以正常显示，鸿蒙会白屏，并且不会触发loadEnd事件，可能是卡住了。（经验证，该demo在原生鸿蒙的webview可正常显示）
