The
TestEnvironment()no-args constructor only checks the environment variablesDEFAULT_TIMEOUT_MILLISandDEFAULT_NO_SIGNALS_TIMEOUT_MILLIS. Calling theTestEnvironment(boolean)constructor has the effect of also checking theDEFAULT_POLL_TIMEOUT_MILLISenv var.fixes #548
