Add support for human readable properties to the native driver

Support duration and size in human readable format for the C media driver. This can be applied to properties for driver configuration and channel configuration.

Duration in nanoseconds that is converted for s, ms, us, ns, e.g. 5s -> 5 * 1000 * 1000 * 1000.

Size in units support k, m, and g for kilobytes, megabytes, and gigabytes respectively, e.g. 2m -> 2 * 1024 * 1024.
