BUG: migrator not detecting feedstocks using qt6-main

See conda-forge/conda-forge-pinning-feedstock#6899; the migrator for qt6 should be updating a bunch of feedstocks, but doesn't pick up even a single one as eligible for some reason.

Note that where the migrator is added manually (e.g. conda-forge/opencv-feedstock@aa9aacd), the rerender correctly populates the variant configs with 6.8

So the migrator has qt6_main but the package is qt6-main. I wonder if somehow with the recent changes we bork the ability of the bot to handle that.

But isn't that a bog-standard conversion? All packages with hyphens in the name get an underscore in our pinning yamls...

We might have broken that standard thing though. I am not sure how well it is tested.
