Error after records creation #179

Describe the issue
Sometimes after records creation, an error appears after redirection, instead of showing the record details.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Login as an administrator.
Go to Admin -> Records -> Users.
Click Add button.
Fill the form.
Save user.
Repeat 1-5 steps if error doesn't appear.

Expected behavior
After redirection, the record details must be displayed, not an error.
